We have a tiny Pinot block named “Little Sicily” that was planted in 1985. It produces just enough fruit to have a little fun with. This is the result of our playing around!
Matured in seasoned French oak hogsheads for 12 months.
While ready to be enjoyed now, this wine will age well over the medium term
